Running Shoe

The average runner should expect to get about 400 to 600 miles from a pair of running shoes under typical conditions.

It's probably time for new running shoes if the midsole is very compressed or if you notice new aches and pains in your legs and feet, suggesting that the shoe's cushioning is going bad. If the outsole is almost worn through to the midsole, replace your running shoes.
